After waiting to see where we would be playing (indoors), we took the news that we would be outside and worried. Last time it had been so cold and windy family members had taken to crouching within the orchestra to hold the stands in place. And yet we had played on ... tree branches falling on members ... and we played on. The days preceding our performance had suggested a similar experience, but this time while cold ... the wind held off, and a much better time was had by all!

This time they placed us in the center of the courtyard ... and other than a team of skateboarders, and a rather obnoxious sound system in a passing car we were uninterupted. Other than the enroaching cold.

Our younger performers have become full fledged members and you'll see them playing all the music now!

It was still early and cold but not BURRRR COLD yet. We had a good sized audience.

And the crowd seemed to enjoy us!

We were hoping Paige could join us. Shuttled from soccer playoffs, she arrived with her violin (yeah! but without her uniform ... oh well). We were just happy to have her with us!

Christmas shoppers saw this when they exited with their purchases!

Our outstanding cello section. Jaeger in short sleeves (as usual).Tori is not eatting Joel's music, its an optical illusion! They are so serious!
